Book reviews are hit or miss. They depend on the mood of the reviewer at the time of the review, the reviewer’s predilection (or lack thereof) of the genre of the book they review, and/or their personal feelings toward the author of the book they review. That said, there are four books which have been repeatedly reviewed and nine times out of ten, the book gets a good review. I consider myself very picky about what I read, especially in science fiction and fantasy. The stories of the following four books caught my attention. I hope to have all of these read by the end of 2010. I have other books already in my position and some more on my wish list, but I consider these four must reads. Maybe you will too.
